Trumps days of hard work generally begin at 11 a.m. even in a busy week

To hear President Trump tell it, no president has ever worked harder than he does. It may sound like we are being hyperbolic in framing his comments that way but, actually, were quoting him.
It was the second time in recent days that Trump has insisted upon how hard he works, a function of Axios having twice obtained detailed copies of his schedules in which large blocks of time are segmented out for whats called executive time, a catchall phrase for Trumps time watching cable news shows, offering up tweets, making calls related to the presidency, having informal or unscheduled meetings and checking in with friends and allies.
That may seem a bit Jekyll-and-Hyde-y: The same expression is used to cover Trumps morning Twitter time as his informal meeting time in the afternoon? As we noted last week when the first schedules leaked, yes. It appears, in fact, to be an intentional conflation, with the White House insisting that Trumps executive time is dedicated work time to excuse the fact that his mornings are often demonstrably spent watching a lot of television.
To excuse the fact, in other words, that Trumps days dont seem to start until 11 a.m.
Lets look at last week, for which Axios published schedules on Sunday. Heres every 15-minute block, with Trumps listed activities and the tweets he sent during these hours.
