...on the local ABC affiliate, Tex Antoine. On right after a story about a rape, he said "when rape is inevitable, lie back and enjoy it!" Antoine was immediately suspended, and although he eventually went back to work, he never appeared on air again.

Being a native New Yorker, I wouldn't be surprised if that was trump's reference.
