I’m sure Whittaker pleased trump and all the remaining trump supporters who don’t care what the Prez did.

I hope future hearings go better than this.

Today was kind of like a champion boxer fighting a crummy opponent whose style makes the champion look bad.

done in a better way? Possibly. But, Nadler and the Democrats got Whitaker to make statements on the record that may come back to haunt him. Had Nadler subpoenaed him, he would have defied it and avoided testifying at all for many months and only after a protracted legal challeenge.

While they may still face that refusal and that litigation, they may already have testimony that could put him in prison and anyone watching saw a very nervous man trying to conceal SOMETHING.

I was proud of our people today.
