My aunt just called me, she is 97 years young.

She said she is ready to go so she doesn't have to see what this ass.... will do to her beloved country. This is a woman who was a nurse in WWII. Love her to pieces, her brain is great, her body, not so much, but she is beyond crazy about Trumper.

She still lives in the house her husband and she built in 1955. She knows she is loved and she knows we will always be there for our "Katiedid".

to worry like this. Let's hope 2020 changes that for her and that that vote was well worth hanging on for.

John Dingell had a great spirit, but he died knowing the Republicans were determined to complete their dismantling of all his most important contributions, and his lesser also -- even the insanity of undoing the clean air and water acts. Hope his wisdom caused him to believe the goodness and good sense in the electorate will prevail.
