I would say that Mr. Whitiker has been very well schooled. He keeps asking "can you repeat the question" in hopes they run out of time. I am going back to West Wing dvds.

to just stop the clock for the duration of the repetition of the question since most of the time it is just a stalling tactic.

I had to turn it off. It’s a beautiful, but cold day and I don’t want to miss it for his nauseating performance. I appreciate those of you who are suffering thru this hearing and sharing.
