Did Trump Deny Doing Business in Russia in 2016?

Ivanka Trump was just on The View seeming to claim that her father, Donald Trump, was up front about his business dealings with Russia during the 2016 election. However, I far as I recall Donald Trump and those close to him claimed, during the 2016 election, he did not have business dealings in Russia. I also thought they claimed that they had not gotten any money from Russia to finance their real estate deals. So, just to make sure, is Ivanka Trump accurate when she claims, or tries to claim that her father was up front about his business dealing in Russia?

Ivanka is lying just like her father. The Trumpster said again and again that he had no connection to Russia, never had business in Russia, had no financial connection to Russia.

He lied. She lied. The whole rotten business is a (the) Big Lie.

Although this morning I thought I read that she was glossing over the Russian connection with: it's not like Russia is Iran.

Yikes. The tangled webs. So many lies even they can't keep up.
