question. As I have previously filibustered, I am here voluntarily because I did everything I could to avoid being subpoenaed, which would require that I testify, I also forced the format into 5 minute sessions, such that I could ramble long enough in evading a Yes or No question to... I see that the time is up.

A yes or no question gets asked and he launches into a rambling, drawnout, nonanswer to waste the 5 minutes of the Democratic Congress People, then gets 5 minutes of Repub Congress nonsense to cool down. He's probably wearing freezer packs in his armpits, he's got a sweating problem.
