You can see from the mockup that there should be perspective on the sign, but it's squared. Underneath on the left are telltale signs of cloning. That doesn't mean it's not a real sign, just that these aren't photographs of the final product — they're mockups. Typically if there is an approval process, these mockups are made to show the sign in context and hopefully speed approval.

Sign graphic layed over billboard pic. Perspective is all wrong. The damned sign is exactly horizontal with pic border. The billboard is not horizontal.

If such a billboard exists, it is not this one.
