Chris Christie Thinks New York Prosecutors Could Sink Trump Before Mueller Does

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said on Monday that Donald Trump has a lot more to worry about than special counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation.

According to Christie, prosecutors in the Southern District of New York could be much more dangerous to Trump’s presidency due to the fact that their scope isn’t limited like Mueller’s.

“The Southern District of New York has no restrictions on their purview,” the former governor said. “Bob Mueller has a task. It’s Russian interference and potential collusion in the 2016 election. Southern District of New York is whatever the heck you want.”

Perhaps Christie realized that there is no place for him in the Trump Administration.

It's sort of like that's so obvious that no-one even questions it... the only question is who has the jurisdiction to prosecute him and can they do it while hes still in office.
