Jen Psaki of the Obama White House weighs on on Executive Time
I spent 8 yrs in and out of the last @WhiteHouse and recieved the daily schedules. The notion that executive time includes important calls or meetings is wrong. Internal policy meetings, calls with important people were always on the schedule.
