VA Governor Ralph Northam-D wants to remain as Governor for 3 more years. Why?

Due to term limits- Northam-D cannot run again in 2021. He has to leave office in 2022. After 2022, Northam's political career is over. He will leave office as the most hated man.

He can be Governor of WV in 2021 to 2029. WV has a 3.4 percent African American population. It is a Conservative state.
