Point being, there is no element of Trump’s awfulness — not the racism, not the sexism, not the narcissism, not the lying, not the incompetence, not the bullying, not the corruption and not the deep and dismaying stupidity — that was not knowable, that was not as obvious as a neon sign in a mineshaft, before he was elected. So what’s changed? What do these people suddenly see now that they couldn’t then?

Speaking up then might have mattered, might have changed something. But they were silent, implicitly vouching for this man and his team. Now they’re writing books in order to … what? Rehabilitate image? Unburden conscience? Make some coin?

Not that the reason matters to me. Spending money — or time — on some book of Trump Remorse would only add vicious insult to crippling injury.

Give me Bob Woodward’s “Fear: Trump in the White House.”

Give me David Cay Johnston’s “It’s Even Worse Than You Think: What The Trump Administration is Doing to America.”

Give me April Ryan’s “Under Fire: Reporting From the Front Lines of the Trump White House.”

But spare me some self-serving mea culpa from a Trump drone who claims to have just now figured out what the rest of us have known since Day One.

They can take their books and shelve them.

You say you are a communications strategist, you’re selling yourself as a smart guy, and you are telling me you don’t know what birtherism was about. So I am asking you what birtherism is about.

I mean, I know what birtherism was about in terms of what the . . . . I guess I am confused at your question. I am not sure what you are trying to get at here.

You keep saying you know what birtherism is about, but you are not telling me what you think it is about. So what do you think it is about? You have written in your book that Trump does not have a racist bone in his body.

Billionairism was gonna rub off on them just through osmotic proximity! Just like those people who paid to go to Trump University. Dollar signs danced merrily in their heads and they were destined to be just like him! They were going to be the beautiful people, wallowing in self indulgent wealth with all the rewards Mammon bestows.

When it was clear this wasn’t going to happen they chose to use him anyway. To trash him for betraying their self inflicted delusions. Sure they saw what he was but he would never betray them because they were loyal. Well, actually, their loyalty was to their dreams of boundless wealth and privilege. Dreams he should have manifested for them in exchange for serving him.

We must do all we can to stop them in their tracks - vanquish and annihilate their plans to hijack our three branches of government and wrestle control of the reins of our very government back from them - which they took from us by treason and criminal conspiracy.

Then convey to them only one message...
Scream in their faces...
"LOCK THEM UP."

Then Fascism will return to the coffin from which it crawled out of to sleep in the dirt for a generation or two before it attempts to rear its ugly face once again.

Don't embrace Fascism for fear the filth will rub off on you. Reject Fascism each and every nano-second of each and every day.
