The Governor, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General are each elected individually in a state wide election.

He's demanding resignation-I guess he sees Northram as a sacrifice to McAuliffe's presidential ambitions.

if he does run. i don't think he is going to run and if he does i don't think he has much chance of winning anyways.
Northam had a good record and he was a good governor. this wasn't a case of knowing he did something bad and trying to cover it up.
