Am I evil for hoping Meuller has a wicked sense of perfect timing?

Due to the McCarthy Obstruction of Justice of not seating the GOP members of the Intelligence Committee until today, Tuesday is the soonest that Mueller could come down with an indictment based on the newly released Testimony evidence from the earlier hearing. But still, a Tuesday Jr. indictment would come down just in time to make it before the SOTU. (same day) YIKES!!

13. There has to be a 3 day notice for their first meeting, and so it's not happening till Tuesday.

So I don't see how Mueller could come down with an indictment on Tuesday.

4. Mueller can't release any final report without going through his boss

Who currently is the acting Attorney General at DOJ, a Trump appointee.
The acting AG can sit on the report, and even redact it as he sees fit.
This is what I have read, but I could just as well be wrong about the protocol.

Don't think much of him, but he's an actual establishment lawyer, not some Saul Goodman creep like Whitaker. (Seriously, if we need one more reason to think that Trump is an a-hole, who else in the history of the world would have named someone like Whitaker acting AG? Sleazeball.)

Barr and Mueller, weirdly, are old friends, and socialize. (Does Trump know that?) Not to say that will protect Mueller, but it's pretty unlikely that Barr will buy Trump's belief that Mueller is some evil vampire out for his blood.

So it looks like we should not expect Mueller to release his report before Barr takes over DOJ.

You know the whole Trump family is going to be at the SOTU, and they'll have to be prepared for the camera. Perfect timing would be arresting them in the dressing room while Trump's head is getting the Earl Scheib treatment.
