"Russia, if you're listening, please find the missing emails."

He invited a foreign, adversarial power to interfere in out election.

His explanation runs something like:

Just a coincidence. He was kidding.
And even if he wasn't, it's not collusion.
And even if it's collusion, it's not a crime.
And even if it was a crime, he won the election, so you can't arrest him.
