I think it is fair to say these people were involved in the wiki-leaks/Russia conspiracy. Stone, Trump, Manafort , Gates, Kushner, and Trumps son. There may be others but I am convinced these people are involved.

There are no limits in Constitution to President being able to pardon but once someone is pardoned they cannot plead the fifth under oath and can be compelled to testify.

However, Trump impeaching co-conspirators would be additional grounds for impeachment for obstruction of justice as well as having potential backlash by voters. Trump's lawyers must have convinced him already that the political fallout is too risky and that it is safer to just dangle hope of pardons so that the perps won't implicate him and that way they can also serve as useful scapegoats while he and Rudy claim that Trump was not directly involved in the collusion. Also a pardon does not affect the Feds ability to use the confiscated evidence against Trump and others .

Political for Trump and Stone could still be forced to testify against Trump if he were to be impeached or put on trial. And that's just my understanding of what I have read here. And that could be all wrong. Bit I do know that his pardon power is practically unlimited.

that "senior tRump campaign official" who "was directed" to find out what else Stone-face could deliver....I believe there is still some dispute as to whether the person who did the directing in that instance CAN be indicted, but I personally believe that he can, and SHOULD be indicted.
