Fox & Friends React to Roger Stone Arrest: 'Where is the Russian Collusion?'

by Colby Hall | Jan 25th, 2019, 7:19 am

-snip-

Fox & Friends take? Where is the Russian collusion?

The office of Robert Mueller released a 24-page indictment, which presents an extremely difficult situation for live television hosts to report on and interpret in real time. The details of the indictment are damning to the Trump campaign, alleging that Stone was ostensibly working as proxy between WikiLeaks and a senior Trump campaign official. Stone is alleged to have even have received credit from senior Trump campaign officials for helping release information damaging to Hillary Clinton and info hacked from a DNC server.

From the indictment:

“On or about October 7, 2016, Organization 1 released the first set of emails stolen from the Clinton Campaign chairman. Shortly after Org. 1’s release, an associate of the high- ranking Trump Campaign official sent a text message to STONE that read “well done.””

So, the indictment appears to connect the Trump campaign to information hacked by Russian officials who have already been indicted by Mueller for interfering in the election.

But Steve Doocy’s take? “When you look at seven counts from the grand jury, obstruction of an official investigation, false statements to Congress, and perhaps witness tampering, once again, where is the Russia collusion?”

Ed Henry agreed, saying “right, it is a process crime based on the investigation.”

STONE was contacted by senior Trump Campaign officials to inquire about future releases by Organization 1.
...
STONE also continued to communicate with members of the Trump Campaign about Organization 1 and its intended future releases.
...
By in or around June and July 2016, STONE informed senior Trump Campaign officials that he had information indicating Organization 1 had documents whose release would be damaging to the Clinton Campaign. The head of Organization 1 was located at all relevant times at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, United Kingdom.
...
After the July 22, 2016 release of stolen DNC emails by Organization 1, a senior Trump Campaign official was directed to contact STONE about any additional releases and what other damaging information Organization 1 had regarding the Clinton Campaign. STONE thereafter told the Trump Campaign about potential future releases of damaging material by Organization 1.
...
On or about October 3, 2016, STONE wrote to a supporter involved with the Trump Campaign, “Spoke to my friend in London last night. The payload is still coming.”

...
On or about October 4, 2016, the head of Organization 1 held a press conference but did not release any new materials pertaining to the Clinton Campaign. Shortly afterwards, STONE received an email from the high-ranking Trump Campaign official asking about the status of future releases by Organization 1. STONE answered that the head of Organization 1 had a “[s]erious security concern” but that Organization 1 would release “a load every week going forward.”
...
Later that day, on or about October 4, 2016, the supporter involved with the Trump Campaign asked STONE via text message if he had “hear[d] anymore from London.” STONE replied, “Yes - want to talk on a secure line - got Whatsapp?” STONE subsequently told the supporter that more material would be released and that it would be damaging to the Clinton Campaign.
...
On or about October 7, 2016, Organization 1 released the first set of emails stolen from the Clinton Campaign chairman. Shortly after Organization 1’s release, an associate of the highranking Trump Campaign official sent a text message to STONE that read “well done.” In subsequent conversations with senior Trump Campaign officials, STONE claimed credit for having correctly predicted the October 7, 2016 release.
...
The email from STONE on or about October 3, 2016 to the supporter involved with the Trump Campaign, which read in part, “Spoke to my friend in London last night. The payload is still coming.”; and
The emails on or about October 4, 2016 between STONE and the high-ranking member of the Trump Campaign, including STONE’s statement that Organization 1 would release “a load every week going forward.”
...
On multiple occasions, STONE told senior Trump Campaign officials about
materials possessed by Organization 1 and the timing of future releases.

From the above, I think the notion that there was no collusion with the Trump campaign is facing extinction. The Trump campaign congratulated Stone with "Well done" and they coordinated with the timing of the releases. etc

Rudy Giuliani knew this. Their only defense left is that Trump himself wasn't directly involved ... which remains to be seen ...

IAE, Wiki is a non-US entity with ties to the Putin mob, so the rest of us know the truth. Only Trumplodytes and Fauxbots will believe otherwise. They are a decreasing bloc of the electorate.

to drum up ratings, and only ratings. Could care less about anyone but themselves. Just wait until they are indicted for aiding and abetting these crooks. That's how I am viewing these idiotic broadcasts as well as the news anchors from f & f...they are tainting themselves (if they haven't already) and are viewed as a joke by many.

Sad and pathetic.

Their very selective news reporting is deliberately misleading and intentional, designed solely to mislead, misinform, and muddy the waters around these serious indictments. Attempting to circumvent justice. Plain and simple for all to see w/ our own eyes.

Very toxic and this will be remembered by all when the crap finally goes down.
