The FBI does not raid the home of "small fish"...

The only other time in this investigation that I can recall the FBI raiding the home of a suspect or target was Paul Manafort. So far, he has been the biggest fish.

This would indicate that Mueller considers Roger Stone one of the major players in this investigation.

Also, we should not assume that this indictment is all that Mueller has on Stone. The other charges he might be holding will be used as leverage to get the truth from Mr Stone.

Mueller is getting very close to the end of his investigation, in my opinion.

merely the information we publicly have is accurate and if Seth Abramson is right, these guys are lying and obstructing in order to cover up much more serious, much deeper crimes, schemes and behavior. Election law, FARA, treason, conspiracy, money laundering, bribes, and more. And that's the legal stuff.

Those in elected and appointed offices have political consequences too.

Not sure Mueller is close to the end until we start to see indictments for the underlying crimes and I don't think we've yet seen any of that with the American players.
