Senior member of Oversight Committee says he expects Rep Cummings will issue subpoena for Cohen

Rep. Stephen Lynch, a senior member of the Oversight Committee, says he expects Cummings will issue a subpoena for Cohen's testimony. Lynch said that he's spoken with Cummings, and the "overwhelming consensus" among panel members is that Cohen should be subpoenaed.

Cummings wouldn’t comment but said the committee will release a “major statement” this afternoon. But Lynch says “overwhelming consensus” is to subpoena Cohen, and other Dems on the committee are signaling the same.
