4. Lara Trump & Giuliani both announced an Oct surprise in 2016

just before the Comey's screw-up about re-investigating Clinton's emails (only to find nothing) which caused media frenzy and sudden shift in polls on which Trump sailed into office and began the destruction of our country.

The shutdown is impeding the work of the FBI and possibly the Mueller investigation. She has a self interest in keeping the government and investigations shut down shut down.
