Now, Giuliani says that the negotiations were going on up to the election?

Did Cohen leave the negotiating effort in June 2016?

And did the Trump Campaign continue negotiating without Cohen? Who was doing the "negotiating"?

I think this might be something Cohen could clear up?

They can't seem to get their story together?
