on January 19, 2009 -- when he announced the GOP's determination to obstruct every Obama effort, epitomizing the obstruction with his theft of a supreme court seat. Nothing but a Trump could take root and grow in the toxic fertilizer that McConnell produced.

McConnell, as I understand it, refused to make a public joint statement and also threatened to accuse the government of playing politics with the election if the information was officially released by the government.

The gov't decided to not release the information.

That left the candidate Clinton almost alone in informing the public about Russian interference in the election.

The people voted without official information about the interference.
