And that Cohen would make sure he tells the truth so he doesn't stay longer than 3 years in prison.
My thought is that Individual 1 would lie, and lie, and lie. Even when it is evident he knows everyone knows he is lying. Wouldn't it be great if he was sentenced and and for some reason he was given the opportunity to testify about something and he continues to lie? And they add more time to his time in prison.

(10,749 posts)A. I have been convicted and sentenced to 3 years. I will serve those 3 years regardless of any additional information I provide to prosecutors.
B. If I am found to be lying to prosecutors about any information I have provided to date or information I may provide in the future, I do not object to authorities increasing my sentence or bringing further charges against me.
C. Prosecutors have my tapes and all digital and written correspondence, which I also provided, with the prosecutor's approval, to BuzzFeed.
It won't shut trump or Giuliani up, but it sure would be fun to see the stuttering from the right.
