I base this on her fantastic questioning of all Chumpy's nominees, and her long record of working for Americans' constitutional rights.

(46,076 posts)I don't have a favorite yet. We have so many good people. I only hope we can remain positive during the primaries. All Dems are out for the good of the people.

(842 posts)Does she have Al Franken's former research team behind her? (Remember Franken questioning Sessions?). She was so on point!
I agree also. Dems "have so much talent" .....important to take our time in deciding.

This alone should energize voters and motivate new voters to register.

(4,612 posts)every time I see her on TV, either in "guest pundit" mode, or doing her job questioning people in Congressional Committee hearings. She is intelligent, articulate, calm but firm (has a backbone) and for lack of a better word, "likeable". I find myself agreeing with both the content of what she has to say and her delivery.

(146,324 posts)Here in Minnesota, she has built a powerful bi-partisan base of support. It's almost impossible not to like Amy Klobuchar, and that's going to work in her favor as she launches her campaign.
People haven't met her yet. They will. They're gonna like Amy. Everyone does.

(36,926 posts)To me, she's as good a candidate as they get!

(146,324 posts)a Presidential candidate that many people realize. It's going to give her campaign a real boost, I'm sure.

(17,865 posts)I am supporting her in the Iowa caucus. While she is not from one of the three lost firewall states, she should appeal to WI, MI, and PA. Also I think she helps put Iowa into play. In spite of the reelection of our governor, the House races went very well (only the racist King winning in western Iowa).
2020 is still a long way away though.
