6. Haven't They Been Stopped Without aWall?

However, it seems that the previous Caravans have been stopped without a wall. How many people from the previous caravans made it into the United States? It is not Democrats keeping the government closed. The House has passed numerous bill to reopen the government. Many of those bills would likely pass the Senate if Mitch McConnell would allow a vote; however, McConnell will not allow the legislation to come to a vote. Why would the President of the United States allow 800,000 people to go without pay just because he cannot get his way. I want proof of what that border rancher supposedly said.
