Sen. Schumer asks that House-passed (362-53) Russian sanctions bill be brought up for vote in Senate

After the sanctions bill passed the House 362-53 with bipartisan support, @SenSCHUMER asked unanimous consent to bring it up again in the Senate, asserting "there is no reason to relieve sanctions on one of our chief adversaries."

But @senatemajldr McCONNELL blocked the move.

The G.O.P. Senate has to C.Y.A. (cover Their ass.)

What ever job I have ever had the key was always "cover your ass"
and the G.O.P. senate are co-conspirators (except 11).
