The whole world waits for him to be gone.

I wonder what it feels like. To know that the whole world is waiting for you to be gone. They don't care particularly how or why. Just gone.

A person who is not mentally ill would wake up to the fact that maybe something's gone wrong. Maybe he's not performing well. Maybe people hate him. But that would be a person who is not mentally disturbed.

"I'm a billionaire, Barron! I'm the best deal maker in the world! I took what little money my father gave me, and I turned it into a world wide successful family business! I'm the smartest man in the world! That's why they made me President of the most powerful nation on earth! My genes are your genes. We come from good stock. Remember that."

Just like the lies he tells everyone.

Obviously our hearts go out to him. It will take a strong person to break out of the bonds his crazy parents have forged for him.

Baron is Melania's "anchor baby" -- a way to ensure Trump won't dump her like his other two wives, and if he does he'll pay through the nose. She knows that despite all the plastic surgery, her looks are on the wane, and her career as a trophy wife is coming to an end. If IQ45 divorces Mel and starts waving the pre-nup in her face, all she has to do is say, "But vat about jur son?" The amount she gets for child support is a detail that was probably not included in the document. Let's see how great a negotiator he is then!

seems to be getting on TV lately. Ivanka and Jarrod have already had discussions as to which of them will be next in line for the WH. Steven Miller, Gingrich, Anne Coulter?? No shortage of vile, unqualified candidates for the gop to choose from. Plus, there will always be that great American icon Kanye West.

I hope it's a feeling of humiliation. He's always been so binary in how he divides things into "winners" and "losers" ... so, it won't be long before he realizes that HE IS A LOSER!!

23. Re Shakespeare's Julius Caesar
Sat Jan 19, 2019, 09:40 AM
Jan 2019

The play Julius Caesar is weighing on my mind now, especially this from Brutus:

"Between the acting of a dreadful thing and the first motion, all the interim is
Like a phantasma, or a hideous dream. The genius and the mortal instruments
Are then in council, and the state of a man, Like to a little kingdom, suffers then
the nature of an insurrection." (II.i.63-9)

Also, Cassius said to Brutus:

"Therefore, good Brutus, be prepared to hear.
And since you know you cannot see yourself
So well as by reflection, I, your glass,
Will modestly discover to yourself
That of yourself which you yet know not of." (I.11.71-5)

Imo, nobody was better than Shakespeare at depicting both the difficulty and tragedy involved in ridding a country/empire of a dangerous, malignant tyrant. It's not just the horror and violence involved; it also involves factions and internecine conflicts, where some of the people literally don't know who or what they are. I keep asking of these people: who will be your looking glass? I hope to god it's not someone like Cassius but rather a kind soul who will reflect the good and the great!
