I'm getting the feeling the Rs want Ds to impeach tRump and get rid of him

They want him gone, but they don’t want the loony Right to blame them. It’s in their own interest for him to be ousted, but they realize it works best for them if they can paint his removal as a D coup. It won’t matter that over 20 Senate Rs will need to vote for his removal. They will do it and then lie about it to the mental midgets who make up their base.

In the end, their embarrassment is gone and they get to hold onto tRump’s rubes. They’ll call it a win-win.

However, I think there's the possibility the government shutdown may end in the next 2 weeks, if Super Bowl attendees get their flights cancelled because of the lack of on-duty TSA employees and air traffic controllers.

...at least not without Republican assistance, the US Constitution requires a two-thirds super majority to convict a person being impeached.

They can try to lie but an impeachment will be televised and those 20 Republicans will be there for everyone to see! Tell us, which 20 Republicans are going to fall on their swords for what might very well end up being a Phyrric victory? And those mental midgets will seek revenge against those 20 Republicans, because his base are rabid animals who will go after anyone that turns against their "God"!!!


Besides, the Democrats don't want Pence in the oval office...he's better versed in politics and could end up getting a second term!
