GOP: Robbing the poor to pay the Russian rich

Senate Republicans have refused to vote to reopen the U.S. government, but have no problem voting to lift sanctions on a Russian oligarch. That should tell you a lot about their priorities.

How does this help the woman in Alabama who had to pawn her wedding rings? Moscow Mitch - do you have an answer for her?

The GOP has sold out America to Russia, but why? Wonder if the American Oligarchs are in cahoots with the Russian Oligarchs?! Something is rotten in Russia.

lifting those sanctions not only helped Derepaska but also helped the Russian economy in general.

Senate Republicans care more about Russia's economy than our own.

4. Maybe we should ask Putin to help us convince Moscow Mitch to hold a vote.

If I had the money, I would take out a full-page ad in the NYT appealing to Putin to tell Donnie and Mitch that it’s okay to reopen government. That might get Trump’s attention since he supposedly reads the morning papers. He probably just reads the headlines to see whether they say good things or bad things about him. Maybe that’s why NYT headline writers usually avoid strong words that criticize Trump.

Oh, and we could beg Putin to invite Ann Coulter to Russia and keep her.

Betsy needs to promote Russian in our schools so we can speak to our landlords after we all go broke.
