Giuliani: You just misstated my position. I never said there no collusion between the campaign, or between people in the campaign.

Cuomo: Yes you have.

Giuliani: I have not. I said the president of the United States. There is not a single bit of evidence the president of the United States committed the only crime you could commit here, conspiring with the Russians to hack the DNC.

Yeah... That doesn't cut it.

First, if there was a crime and Trump was aware of it, then he must have told the FBI or else he's guilty of racketeering.

Second, this is about way more than just the hack. This is about conspiracy to manipulate an election, obstruction of justice, witness-intimidation, possibly treason.

Third, at the 1:30 mark, Rudy says that Trump had no knowledge of the change in the party-platform to make it more Russia-friendly, and that he can personally confirm that Trump had no knowledge of that. Did he just offer himself as a witness to this whole investigation???

Fourth, at the 1:35 mark, Rudy ridicules the notion of any candidate knowing what's in the party-platform.

Fifth, at the 2:30 mark, it doesn't matter that Manafort gave the Russians internal polling-data because internal polling-data is bunk.

Sixth, when pressed that this proves collusion between the campaign and the Russians, Rudy changes topics and rants how this doesn't prove collusion of the President.

And then he rants on and on and changes topics twice more until Cuomo forgets the question he wanted to ask.

Rudy is now in major damage control to protect Trump and will sacrifice others to save him. That is not going to work as there is no doubt Trump knew what was going on and approved of it and likely orchestrated it and I am sure Mueller has evidence of it.
