The Republicans who voted with Democrats were John Boozman and Tom Cotton of Arkansas; Susan Collins of Maine; Cory Gardner of Colorado; Steve Daines of Montana; Josh Hawley of Missouri; John Kennedy of Louisiana; Martha McSally of Arizona; Marco Rubio of Florida; Jerry Moran of Kansas; and Ben Sasse of Nebraska.
Bernie Sanders didn't vote.

I am just gobsmacked that the leadership of the Senate is so blatantly screwing the Constitution. Where are the checks & balances? Thuth is, it's been that way for the last 2 years, they were NEVER going to break ranks. Somehow, someway, Russia got all of 'em by the nuts, and we are screwn.
(btw- My senator, Tom McClintock (ca-4th) is a lockstep Rethug Trumpian...makes me ill)
