(3,256 posts)Russia is run by a criminal oligarchy who stole of the former assets of the Soviet Union. What campaign finance laws will never cover is the loads of cash that can be passed around and that the US oligarchy loves some Russian dollars. The world oligarchy is trans national in nature and doesn't care about social values except as a tool to get politicians elected who think like they do.
