That is the only thing that he has been principled on. It would have been a surprise to see him vote no.

Now we have a list of Americans and Russiapublicans. Is it safe to assume that "I" means "Indeterminate"? Some might say, "In cognito".

It would be interesting to see how well the "NAYs" line up with NRA money.
