as I understand it. So if Mr. Mueller has some indictments to issue, he still can.

If Barr is confirmed (yeah, I know, he will be) then he may be able to throw a monkey wrench into the deal. But I think Rosenstein said he will stay until the Mueller probe is completed. And Bob can indict people before the report drops.
