I bet, Republicans are relieved that Pelosi postponed the SOTU.
What would Trump's SOTU-address be like?
He would try to come across as statesman-like, and then he would make up all sorts of statistics, all sorts of wild claims about who supports what, all sorts of wild claims about what has happened so far in the shutdown-fight.
And then Republicans would have to go out and defend and praise the burning pile of shit Trump just handed to them. They would get slaughtered in social media, by journalists and even Fox News is slowly cracking and is getting sick and tired of Trump's lies and drama.
They would get slaughtered for Trump's shutdown and Trump's wall.
Yeah, I bet that Republicans are pretty happy that Trump's SOTU-address has been postponed.
