If he agrees to postpone, he's backing down from a Dem Woman.

If he goes ahead, his ego will be in overdrive and it will play like a 2020 campaign rally.

She controls the House. He can get McConnell to let him talk in the Senate. He can speak from the Oval. He can speak from a ballroom at one of his Hotels. He might even be able to get access to the Kennedy Center.
