Our side is much bigger. Our government is set up to prevent the majority from running roughshod over the minority. Unfortunately it sometimes allows the minority to run roughshod over the majority.

I've been screeching, screaming, yelling, crying, and miming this for the past three years.

There is NO polarization, NO two sides, NO divide.

There are Americans who believe in a diverse America and civilized, educated society. And then there are the white supremacists, religious right-wing zealots, & oligarch-wannabes who care nothing about American history (including all of its unjust and horrific periods), the suffering of others, the constitution, or paying their fair share in a shared society.

And as you said, DemocrateSinceBirth, our side is much bigger. Much, much bigger.

We should never lose sight of that.

5. His numbers are tanking

And yesterday heard some people at a store talking badly about trump and the republicans for doing this, and allowing the shutdown to continue . People are running away from trump and the gop now as fast as they can after everything they doing , and have done to hurt the American people. They just thought the Mid Terms was bad, 2020 is going to be an eye opener.
