A wild guess, what kompromat Russia could have on Trump:

https://www.rawstory.com/2019/01/russian-agents-reel-unsuspecting-americans-trick-treason-using-techniques-former-cia-director/

“Russian intelligence services are adept and they will try to cultivate relationships with individuals and get individuals to do things they shouldn’t do and find them in, let’s say, compromising positions and use that as a way to intimidate these individuals to further cooperate with them,” Brennan said.

People who have relationships with Russians — or with others they didn’t even know were Russians — find themselves in positions where they “were doing things they should not have done,” the former CIA director said.

“It’s like reeling in a fish,” Brennan said. “You bring them home and you allow them to then do more and more things because they are ready in this predicament.”

Wild speculation ahead:

1980s, 1990s. Donald Trump is trying to do business in Russia and Russia welcomes him with open arms.

A russian agent, posing as a secretary or oligarch or whatever hints at the idea that Trump should become something like an unofficial ambassador between Russia and the US. An additional diplomatic link.

The idea sticks in Trump's head. He would be a dealmaker behind the scenes! With all the glory and money, no responsibility and no accountability to anyone!

So, at the next meeting, Trump subtly hints (with the sublty that he's famous for) that he has come up with a fantastic idea: He could unofficially work with the russian government to establish backroom-channels for business and diplomacy into the US!

And BOOM. That's the "pee-tape".

The Russians now have Trump on tape how he offers to Russia to became an agent of the Kremlin.

and the damaged brain cells of his significant personality disorder. This love affair between them may have begun much further back. Lots of funny money and financials disappeared forever on one fateful day, if you can imagine. For sure, Putin's got something much bigger than a sexual perp's "pee tape" on the 1st MAGAt. I do imagine that that "pee tape" could indeed be a metaphor, as you have pointed out, for that hidden link. Money can be a seductive mistress and dominatrix, but even his "virtuous" base, hahaha, cares less about what proclivties they so often share mixed with fantasied ideation of unlimited wealth and power to replace their squalid lives.

Under the premise that VIRTUALLY (an IT word) and eventually (chronological word) anything is possible what would you make of these offerings, although, I'm not well versed in the FAKE NEWS propoganda in think tank's written weirdness.
