It seems a reasonable tactic: If No Mitch Then No Schumer

The Democrats remain in the catbird seat on the Trump Shutdown. Look at the 100% no-show Democrats invited without Pelosi. No-show is how Schumer should approach any future negotiations in which McConnell chooses to be absent.

I also think that Pelosi should also be a no-show without her opposite - not Kevin McCarthy, But Donald Trump.

not Trump and Dems. After all, the House Dems already passed bills to reopen the government. Has McTurtle done that? Not in this Congress he hasn't.
