He has maximized divisions inside the USA and Great Britain. Britain will be stuck with anti Europe and anti immigrant citizens, and we will be stuck with 30% of voters (for a while) who put their heads into the sand and ignore anything that runs counter to their beliefs. The one hope is millennials starting to vote seriously in every election, they have the clearest cumulative vision of any group.

The issue that Britain has is the same basic problem that we have, income inequality and massive corporations sucking everything around them dry have created chaos. It used to be that a person could stop schooling after high school and be able to live a good life, not even high level college degrees don't give people that piece of mind. People living paycheck to paycheck and having to look for a new job every decade has had a toll on societies, add in automation and a recipe for even more chaos starts to emerge.
