He hasn't been proved a racist in court.
They don't want to slander.
The RWNM, they'll slander, but not NBC. They have Ethics. They hire real journalists, like Megyn Kelly.

It is fair to characterize Kings comments as racist, and point out that he has a history of racist comments, and the context can be shared that others hold that view as well.
