Was he supposed to say, "There is no circumstance under any condition ever, ever, ever that a reporter could be jailed for."? Come on. These are all "loaded" questions. There are important questions and they are mainly going with these outlandish questions.

As the question was "would you jail a reporter for doing their job?", it denies your creative, though wholly irrelevant rationalizations that it meant something other than its obvious sentiment.
