Mueller team tells judge too early to sentence Gates, who's still cooperating with investigations

NEW: Mueller’s work does not appear finished. The Special Counsel tells judge it is not yet time to sentence former Trump campaign aide Rick Gates, as he “continues to cooperate with respect to several ongoing investigations...” Request update in 2 months.

He needs to build an ironclad case, if not, Trump and others skate and end up looking like victims to some people. Mueller should take as much time as he needs.
