In a complete reversal of their position, House and Senate Democrats have informed President Trump that they are now willing to fully fund his proposed border wall to the tune of 33 billion thoughts and prayers. Chuck Schumer explained the dramatic turnaround.

“We’ve learned from President Trump and the Republican Party how powerful thoughts and prayers are, so what better currency to pay for the wall with.”

“There’s a shit-ton of Hail Marys already on their way to you, Mister President.”

They need Phil Swift to come in there with a load of Flex Tape, Flex Glue, and Flex Seal, and show them how it's done.

Rump needs to turn this into a competition -- let everyone sign up for a 25-foot section of The Wall, and let them use their own ideas. The winner gets an 8x10 autographed picture of Rump ($10.95 shipping and handling, frame not included).

He'll keep calling for contractors to supply more and more "samples" until they link together and form his completed wall. Then, of course, there will be no payments due since these are voluntary submissions by the contactors in hopes of getting the full contract.

He's working out how to transfer the requested $5.6B into the tRump Crime Syndicate bank accounts...
