Since Individual 1 works for me, a U.S.citizen and taxpayer,

I must insist he be put on administrative leave until this investigation of misconduct is completed. It’s what any responsible employer would require in order to demonstrate haven taken reasonable and prudent measures to insure a proper duty of care.

... is assuming that Rethugs are human beings and will listen to logic when you present it. Rethugs are little more than vermin. Try explaining things rationally to a rat and see how far you get. That's the same with the Rethugs. You can't expect them to think and react like human beings because they aren't.
