Googling some combination of "hacking voting systems Democrats" to see if anybody was reporting what looked obvious to me

Which ended up with results linking to DU, which had just been hacked

So yeah, from day one

I also remember the story about the server in Trump Tower that was just forgotten. And the attacks on Hillary Clinton from all quarters felt staged and coordinated.

was an intentional distraction, that the real problem was (and still is) that one of the two major parties is overtly fascist and does not care at all about the normal institutions of democracy. Since then it has become clear that there is a global fascist movement backed by Russia and supported by many very wealthy people, that our Republican Party is just one of several very powerful political organizations working to destroy liberal democracy and its institutions.

Trump is a Russian asset. It isn’t clear to me that even with conclusive evidence that anything will be done about that.

but it's just as likely Israel or Saudi if you want to 'nationalize' it. Hell, let's throw in Bannon's view of the Vatican! This isn't national. It's a club, and I, for one, am not in it. Why isn't anyone talking about the Mercers? Who's pulling the strings on the stock market? Pulling the strings on their little puppet too me thinks. And who created the oligarchs in Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union? Many with American passports - but this is NOT about nations. Don't get sucked into that. That just sells more guns and gives them more power.

There are too many in power rubbing shoulders to deal with the new global world. What to do without becoming insular? How do you retain any kind of power for the people? Support Unions!!! Throw out anyone in power who takes away the voice of the people! this is the one important thing virtuous thing Democrats and democrats can do now. Internationally. boycott all non unionized products where possible.
