1. That was yesterday. He's weirdly silent this morning.

Either somebody straightjacketed him or he's in a corner of the Lincoln Bedroom, curled up in the fetal position, rocking back and forth, wondering how he can worm his way out of this one.

2. He certainly seems like a miserable person.

He did this to himself. Conned his way into the job, and then could not really deliver. Unqualified and failing, and the whole world can see it.

And old saw says, "if you are talking about it, you aren't doing it." seems to apply here. He's always used his mouth to try to get his way but there is very little of substance there.

3. Trump is acting like a rabid dog.......

The fact that Michael Cohen is going to spill the beans on his role in the Trump Organization, the NYT article linking his deeper association with Russia, has Trump in deeper in the hole. His reaction, lash out to appease the dwindling base he has.

4. I look at this from a Buddhist perspective

I see a dark dark mind, filled with primarily resentment that is nurtured into hatred and condescension. He walks around all day, every day with that same distorted dark mind, creating misery and suffering for himself and others without a shred of remorse or shame. Completely indifferent to his effect on others. No honor. No virtue.

This morning, in contemplating the dark deluded mind of Donald Trump, I find myself feeling impatience with the-powers-that-be in bringing him to justice. I need to calm down.
