Democratic convention adds speakers

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/08/20/democratic-convention-adds-speakers/

(snip)
Added Monday were Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who served as President Barack Obama's chief of staff for the first two years of his presidency; Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, who won the 2004 Democratic presidential nomination; Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, chair of the Democratic Governors Association, and former Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, who acted as the chairman of the Democratic National Committee and is running for U.S. Senate.

Also on the list: Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick, former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland, California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris, and Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper.

In July, Democrats announced their keynote speaker, San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro. The convention committee said Castro's speech will mark the first time a keynote address is delivered by a Latino at a Democratic convention.

The committee also said former President Bill Clinton would enter Obama's name into nomination at the convention, an important symbolic role for the popular Democrat. Speaking ahead of Clinton will be Elizabeth Warren, the consumer advocate and former adviser to Obama who is battling for a U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts.

One would think people would be glad that Dems/Liberals are rallying to help our President get re-elected, but people will never get past their hate or grudge for a Dem they don't like. JAO.
