Katie Hill (D-CA): "I know this is a strong word, but this is political terrorism." (Original Post) Miles Archer Jan 2019 OP
I heard that - she's exactly right. And we shouldn't negotiate with terrorists. The Velveteen Ocelot Jan 2019 #1

was the legislation many years ago that provided for a shutdown. That's what manufactured the weapon that is now being brandished by a madman. I'm sure that the congresscritters who passed that law always assumed only somewhat reasonable people would occupy high office.

It's not that way anymore, and we have to deal with that reality, we cannot just wish it away.

It's coming to a point very quickly. Between the shutdown cinema and the soon (?) to be released report which will have enough evidence to send he and at least one of his kids to federal prison.

When will we need to take the cockpit to regain control of this suicidal madman who is crashing our ship of state?

Soon!

I learned a long time ago to be careful with the words I use when it comes to the other side.

But this is accurate, IMO. tRump is basically a political terrorist in how he deals with those he doesn't like or doesn't want to exist.

No more Mr. Nice Guy. Since 2016, the republicans have stopped being the opposition party and become the party of "owning the libs and SJWs" and they have just cranked the nastiness and hostility towards us up to 11. I say fight fire with fire.

Retribution is tRump's playbook. Give him what he wants or he will punish anyone who gets in his way.
