We all already know of McConnell's qualifications, and they amount to pretty well zilch. Why didn't his caucus deliver the wall to rump when they had full control of the Senate and House? I'll tell you why, they were far more interested in delivering an unpaid for tax cut for the 1%er donor buddies.
